Our field is located in SARA Park, which is at the southern end of Lake Havasu City, AZ. The field can be accessed through the south entrance to SARA Park or through the north entrance on Desert Hawks Drive. The south entrance is located off the end of McCulloch Blvd (across Hwy 95) while the north entrance is located off Highway 95 at about mile marker 175. Either entrance will take you right by the field entrance. Follow the road around to the entrance to our field. Look for the sign.


Our runway is 750' x 60' with 75 feet of runoff on each end. The club facilities include two storage sheds, an indoor restroom with male/female sides, a shade structure covering the airplane assembly area and an event/meeting ramada. In addition there are bleachers for visitors and events, safety fences to protect spectators and pilot stations to protect pilots while they are flying. There are also starting stands for smaller planes and starting stations for larger planes.

There is also a special area set aside for helicopters. The helicopter area has a concrete landing pad with a shade structure and picnic table.

Visitors are welcomhelopadsmalle to fly at our club field as long as they have a valid AMA or MAAC membership. There is no cost for the first 3 days. After that, the cost is $3.00 per day on weekdays and $5.00 per day on weekends.

New Member: $25.00 first year
enewals: $60.00 per year
Junior membership (under 19): $5.00 per year
Family membership: $80.00 per year
